The Von Waitzische Beteiligungen GmbH is keen to increase the volume and number of its investments.
We are particularly interested in companies from the production industry or service-oriented industry sectors – including start-up companies – that focus mainly on deliveries to industrial customers or professional service providers. Ideally, any prospective company should have an annual turnover of € 5 million to € 25 million. As a matter of principle, Von Waitzische Beteiligungen GmbH always aims to have a controlling interest in the company in question, regardless of company size.
In the case of companies whose directors need to be replaced following acquisition, qualified second-level management should already be in place.
